We are inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- Developer SFDC at Genpact. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing digital applications for our global clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis, design, development, unit test, and deployment on the Salesforce platform as part of Agile cadence.
- Build custom solutions on the platform using LWC, Aura, Apex, and Visualforce.
- Implement standard Salesforce functionality, including sharing rules, roles, profiles, etc., and use standard features like Workflow, Process builder, and flows to create solutions.
- Execute integration testing with Apex test classes and maintain maximum code coverage.
- Develop triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobs while maintaining best coding standards.
- Write Apex using industry-standard best practices and design patterns.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Salesforce system architecture and development best practices to scale implementations across multiple GE Digital business units.
- Develop complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems, either through custom API or middleware tools.
- Work on production incident debugging, analysis, bug fixes, service requests, data loads, minor/major enhancements.
- Provide business support for critical issues and mentor operations team members.
- Assist in increasing the efficiency of our sales organization and scaling our sales systems for rapid growth.
