Job Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant at Trangile Services in Delhi, India.

The Consultant will be responsible for enterprise project management, order management, consulting on Oracle Applications, and optimizing business processes.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage enterprise-level projects related to Oracle Fusion Financials, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

- Develop detailed project plans, including defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

- Provide expertise in order management processes within Oracle Fusion Financials, including order entry, processing, and fulfillment.

- Analyze and optimize order management workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order management, ensuring seamless integration with other financial systems.

- Offer expert advice on the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials

- Conduct assessments of existing financial systems and provide recommendations for improvements.

- Develop and deliver training and documentation to end-users and other stakeholders.

- Evaluate and enhance business processes related to financial operations, aiming to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance.

- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within Oracle Fusion Financials.

- Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment of financial processes with organizational goals.

- Utilize strong analytical skills to assess complex financial systems and processes.

- Solve intricate technical and functional issues, providing innovative solutions and recommendations.

- Perform root cause analysis of system problems and implement corrective actions.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and management.

- Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to various audiences.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.

- Work collaboratively within a team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting team members.

- Contribute to team goals and objectives, ensuring successful project outcomes.

- Proven experience in enterprise project management, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Financials.

- Expertise in order management processes and systems.

- Consulting experience in Oracle Applications, with a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials modules.

- Strong business process optimization skills, with a track record of implementing improvements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in troubleshooting complex financial systems.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and team members.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion Financials (e., Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Service Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements
