Job SummaryWe seek a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales & Business Development Executive to spearhead the expansion of our fundraising, IPO, and financial consulting services. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, excellent sales acumen, and strong networking capabilities.
- Engage C-level executives, financial heads, and decision-makers to promote services
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in fundraising, IPO advisory, and financial consulting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, institutional investors, and financial stakeholders
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service terms with prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of financial consulting projects
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and business growth metrics
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, financial consulting, investment banking, or related domains
- Strong understanding of capital markets, fundraising strategies, and IPO processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and manage high-value client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM tools, financial modelling, and data analysis
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in consulting or financial industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of financial products and investment options
