We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional for a Head of Construction / Projects role with our renowned real estate clients in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing luxury residential projects.About the RoleTo provide apex leadership to the construction division by driving a process- and ERP-led way of working that delivers predictable, timely, and quality outcomes across all sites; to build and develop a skilled, motivated team while shaping strategy for planning, procurement, logistics, and quality, owning key stakeholder, architect, consultant, and supplier relationships, and representing the department externally to support the company’s commercial and strategic goalsResponsibilities- Ensure the construction division is process driven and managed via the ERP so as to ensure smooth and predictable outcomes. - Lead the entire division and ensure well trained, motiviated, and satisfied team members. - Oversee the entire construction function including lead relations with departments like Sales & Finance. - Be the face of the department in PR, Press, Magazines, etc. - Apex responsibility for the performance of all sites. - Ensure quality and time metrics are created and met. - Create strategy for procurement, logistics, and quality. - Ensure team or consultants have the expertise needed Apex leadership of pre-construction / planning team. - Own relationships with key partners like Architects + major consultants. Manage conflicts between design and engineering. - Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers. - Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements. - Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors and suppliers. - Manage to ensure goods delivery in a timely manner. - Process purchase orders to acquire goods.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. - At least 15 years plus experience in project execution and management - Proven expertise in managing luxury residential projects with strong emphasis on finishing quality. - Prior experience with top real estate developers known for high-end finishing will be highly preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining uncompromising standards.Job Location: MumbaiIf you are interested in a career change, please forward your updated resume for our shortlisting process.Regards,DeepakM: 98676 96869E: deepak@fairgrowthindia.com
