Drive innovation in eco-friendly building solutions, leveraging advanced engineering techniques and materials science to revolutionize the industry.Responsibilities: Work includes site supervision, prototype building, team handling (4–8 workers), fabricator coordination, measurement accuracy, and hands-on assembly using basic mechanical tools. You will manage daily work, ensure quality, document progress, and use AI tools for reporting.Requirements: 2–10 years experience in construction, fabrication, civil/mechanical supervision, or project execution. Must be practical, reliable, good with workers, and comfortable staying on site full time. Proficiency in CAD software and FEA tools. Strong understanding of bamboo construction techniques. Excellent project management and communication skills. Communicate in local language (Marathi and Hindi)Bonus: experience with bamboo, modular structures, screw piles, or R&D prototypes. Long-term role with growth to Project Head.
