Atharva Realty is seeking an experienced Project Construction Head to manage multiple sites and ensure top-quality construction. Join us to lead our growing team and projects.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage multiple project sites and all on-site construction activities - Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors - Monitor RCC work, finishing quality, safety, and QA/QC standards - Prepare and review project costing, Excel reports, and budgets - Plan and execute project schedules, timelines, and manpower allocation - Handle vendor/contractor management and negotiations with the purchase team - Give technical guidance to ensure high construction quality - Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental norms - Provide weekly reporting, progress updates, and project reviews - Lead, motivate, and guide the team working under youRequirements:- BE Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering - 10–15+ years experience in construction / PMC - Strong leadership and team-handling skills - Good knowledge of costing, BOQ, materials, and Excel - Ability to control cost, quality, and timelines effectively - Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills - Ability to work independently and deliver resultsOffice Location:Dadar East, MumbaiSalary:Attractive & industry-best (based on experience)How to Apply:- Email resume to: hr.atharvarealty@gmail.com
