We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies.



Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related area


Experience: 3- 5 years


Primary Skill: Good ads, Ads campaign, Lead generation, Basics of content creation


Secondary Skills: Marketing Automation Tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and CRM Systems, Project Management Skills.


Work Location: Remote


Must-Have Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B software development environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Strategy Development:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and target audience insights.
  • Set specific digital marketing goals that align with the overall business objectives.


Campaign Management:


  • Plan, create, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, using data-driven insights and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with department heads and content teams to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.


Lead Generation:


  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track, nurture, and manage leads throughout the sales funnel.
  • Monitor and analyze lead quality and conversion rates to continuously improve the lead generation process.


Analytics and Reporting:


  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Use analytical tools to gain insights into user behavior and campaign performance.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.


Collaboration and Communication:


  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ensure seamless lead handoff.
  • If required, coordinate with external vendors and partners to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
