Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Marketing Strategist who’s as passionate about helping people as they are about technology. In this role, you’ll be our customers' go-to guide, turning their questions and challenges into smooth, easy solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Connect with our customers via chat, email, or phone. Solve their issues, answer their questions, and turn their experiences from frustrating to fantastic.
Review ad accounts and provide marketing insights to increase existing campaign performance
Troubleshoot technical problems with a keen eye. Provide clear, actionable fixes and know when to bring in the big guns.
Update our help docs and FAQs with the latest tips and tricks, making it easier for everyone to get the most out of our products.
Get to know our products inside and out, stay updated on new features, and share your insights to help us keep improving.
Listen to our customers, gather their feedback, and help us turn their ideas into innovations.
What We’re Looking For:
Passionate in digital marketing
A degree in a tech-related field or equivalent experience. Previous support experience is a bonus.
Great problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and a knack for technology.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
