About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build a strong new-business pipeline. In this role, you will identify and connect with decision-makers across target accounts, run structured outbound campaigns, and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.Your outreach efforts will directly influence business growth by connecting the right buyers with the right solutions.Role OverviewAs an Outbound SDR, you will:Identify prospective companies and decision-makersRun personalized outbound sequences across multiple channelsQualify leads through discovery conversationsPass high-quality opportunities to Account Executives or Solution ExpertsKey Responsibilities1. Prospecting & OutreachIdentify and research ICPs using , email, calls, and WhatsApp.Run multi-channel outbound campaigns.Target CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Leaders & decision-makers2. Lead QualificationConduct structured discovery calls to assess needs, timeline, budget, and intent.Qualify prospects using the company’s lead scoring and qualification framework.Transfer qualified leads to Account Executives or Pre-Sales Experts for demos or consultations.3. Pipeline Management & ReportingMaintain strong CRM hygiene — log all activities, notes, and follow-ups in CRM/HubSpot.Meet weekly and monthly KPIs (leads added, meetings booked, opportunities created).Share feedback with growth and marketing teams on lead quality, messaging, and ICP trends.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, demand generation, or SaaS lead generation.Strong English communication skills — both written & verbal.Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRMsKnowledge of SaaS categories (CRM/ERP/HRMS/CCaaS) is a plusCompensationFixed base salary + performance-based incentivesQuarterly bonuses for meeting/exceeding targetsGrowth opportunities based on performanceApply Now: +91- 99995 64772 +91- 95996 59691
