Job Summary :


We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager to join our team as a key operational anchor within the Product Organization. The ideal candidate will be an experienced individual contributor with a strong background in leading complex, cross-functional technical programs. You will work closely with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to align on strategy, manage dependencies, and orchestrate the successful delivery of new products and solutions. This role demands strong program management skills, a deep understanding of Agile practices, and proven experience in the AdTech or Digital Marketing Responsibilities Leadership & Execution :


- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to ensure the successful delivery of complex technical products.

- Own and orchestrate the work breakdown, sequencing, task assignment, and scheduling of multiple workstreams.

- Actively manage and maintain a calendar of dependencies to ensure engineering teams remain unblocked and on schedule.


Stakeholder Coordination & Communication :

- Coordinate cross-functionally to manage dependencies with other Product Owners and Engineering teams.

- Take ownership of detailed design deliverables in partnership with the design team to provide clear functional specifications for development.

- Lead customer beta periods and manage product rollouts for a successful market launch.


Problem-Solving & Strategy :

- Drive value engineering initiatives to ensure the delivery of cost-conscious solutions.

- Iterate on existing solutions to provide continuous maintenance and monitoring of key

products.

- Proactively identify and resolve issues, balancing constraints related to time, scope, budget, and staffing Skills & Qualifications :


Core Experience :


- 6+ years of experience handling product and project teams in the software/tech industry.

- 2+ years of direct program management experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.



Technical Proficiency :


- Proven success in delivering projects within the AdTech or Digital Marketing industry.


- Strong proficiency with project tracking tools, including JIRA and Confluence.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale initiatives on time, within scope, and on budget.



Soft Skills :


- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse business and engineering stakeholders.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at balancing deadlines without sacrificing quality.

- A proactive problem-solver with a maker mindset
