We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic eCommerce program at Insight. As a Scrum master, you will be an essential part of our Agile working environment, facilitating and coordinating Scrum events for two squads, as well as assisting them in their ability to work across the program with other squads to deliver valuable product increments.

Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team - helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.

**Objectives Of This Role**
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the eCommerce program.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Ensure the team works collaboratively, effectively, and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Work with Product Owners to prioritize and order the product backlog.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as the daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective, and refinements.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the squad’s progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
- Work with squads to run experiments that support continuous improvement goals.
- Play a key role in transforming the company's culture towards adopting agile methodologies based on transparency, trust, and high-level collaboration.
- Work within organizational constraints to maximize agility and measure progress towards growing maturity.
- Facilitate conversations to resolve conflicts within the Scrum.
- Work with people leaders to ensure they have appropriate knowledge of the needs of their direct reports to be successful members of Agile teams.
- Work to resolve blockers on behalf of the team to remove blockers when necessary.
- Be an active and enthusiastic contributor to the Agile community and partner with other Agilists in growing Agile knowledge among teams, leaders, and stakeholders.

**Qualifications And Skills**:

- Have at least one certification from the Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org
- Have applicable experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or comparable role.
- Understand Scrum theory and the relationship of Scrum to Agile.
- Understands the importance of being a leader who serves, focusing on helping teams improve.
- Have studied or experience in implementing additional frameworks such as Kanban, DevOps, Lean, XP, SAFe, LeSS.
- Have experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
- Are proficient with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, or other tools used to visualize the work of Agile working teams.
- Have familiarity with Software Development and Testing Life Cycle Methodology and practices.
- Are comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Care about people and are interested in creating environments that enable them to do their best work.
- Have a growth mindset.
- Able to support teams in the Eastern time zone
