POSITION PURPOSE:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales through telephone, email, and digital channels. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and promoting company products or solutions to achieve revenue targets, all without the need for frequent field travel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Identify and generate new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms.
  2. Understand customer needs, provide product information, and suggest appropriate solutions.
  3. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information and sales activity.
  4. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert prospects into customers.
  5. Collaborate with the field sales and marketing teams to support sales campaigns and initiatives.
  6. Build strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  7. Prepare and share quotations, product details, and technical specifications with potential clients.
  8. Meet assigned sales targets, KPIs, and conversion ratios.
  9. Handle customer queries, objections, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions.
  10. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:


• Graduate in any discipline; a background in business, marketing, or communications is preferred


• 1–3 years of experience in customer support
