Job Title: Employee Relations - HRBP

Job description:

  • Champion QX Policies and Procedures when carrying out daily transactions, from managing exits to Onboarding new people, dealing with performance & grievances. Ensuring excellent compliance and Audit standards are adhered to.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the People strategy to ensure business and people goals are met.
  • Meet with key stakeholders to discuss people challenges.
  • Influence and build relationships with people around the business.
  • Provide guidance on people practices such as succession planning & HR policies & procedures.
  • Ambassador for our new HRMS.
  • Act as a local point of people expertise for specialist teams that are implementing new people approaches, like teaching managers how to get the best out of their teams.
  • Leading on HR specific projects that align with our People Strategy. These could include Wellbeing, Talent Management strategies and Employee experience.
  • Build and influence relationships to support collaboration, communication, and celebration throughout QX.
  • Analyze key metrics and identify people trends to maximize improvement opportunities.
  • Identification and delivery of effective HR solutions to enable change objectives to be met.
  • Support the management of the employee engagement processes.
  • Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.


Key Skills:


  • BSc Human resource management or related field.
  • Proven 2-3 yrs HR work experience.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including active listening for determining business goals and suggesting ways to achieve them through human resource initiatives.
  • Analytical and goal orientated.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws.
  • Professionalism and an overall positive attitude.
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
