We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-2 years of

experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

bookkeeping, finalization of financials, taxation compliance (Income Tax, TDS, GST), record-to-report (R2R)

processes, cash flow preparation, MIS reporting, and payroll compliance. The role will require delivering

comprehensive support in various accounting functions and contributing to the overall financial health of the

organization.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Bookkeeping & Accounting:

• Maintain and update accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards and

regulations.

• Finalize financials for year-end, ensuring all entries are accurately recorded and reports are ready

for auditing and compliance.

• Perform Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial

records from initial transaction to final reporting.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of

invoices and payments.

• Prepare and analyze MIS (Management Information System) reports, providing insights into

financial performance, trends, and variances.

• Prepare and analyze cash flow reports, ensuring liquidity management and supporting cash

forecasting.


2. Taxation Compliance:

• Assist in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for Companies ensuring full compliance

with tax laws and regulations.

• Compute Income Tax liabilities accurately, considering deductions, exemptions, and tax credits to

ensure optimal tax planning.

• Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) returns, ensuring accurate and timely filing, while maintaining

reconciliation with government records.

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) on a monthly/quarterly basis, ensuring compliance

with GST regulations and accurate reporting of input and output taxes.

• Prepare and file GST Annual Returns (GSTR-9), ensuring timely and accurate compliance with

annual filing requirements.

• Assist in the preparation and filing of Advance Tax payments and ensure timely submission in

compliance with applicable tax laws.

• Address and resolve TDS notices, Income Tax notices, and tax-related inquiries from authorities in

a timely and efficient manner.

• Stay updated on changes to tax laws and regulations, ensuring that all filings and financial processes

remain compliant with the latest tax requirements.


3. Payroll Compliance:

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of payroll for employees, including salary calculation,

bonuses, and statutory deductions.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations, including EPF, ESI, and professional tax.

• Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual statutory returns related to payroll (e.g., PF, ESI, PT).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-2 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial

reporting.

• In-depth knowledge of Income Tax Act, TDS regulations, GST laws, and payroll compliance.

• Strong experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including financial reporting,

reconciliation, and finalization of accounts.

• Proven experience in preparing and analyzing cash flow reports and MIS reports.

• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books).

• Proficiency in Income Tax computation, Advance Tax, and handling TDS notices and Income Tax

notices.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.), Word, and

PowerPoint.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both

internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Experience working in a multi-client environment or in a diverse business setting.
