
Customer Engagement Executive

Overview: In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that Infiflex’s customer's expectations are met and for building strong and lasting relationships with our existing clients. You will manage a portfolio of complex accounts and serve as the point of contact for these accounts. You will also assist clients with ongoing projects and help them address issues and problems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new strategies for customer loyalty activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service complaints in a timely manner.
- Follow up and contact outgoing customers for renewals.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop new techniques to ensure customer loyalty.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build positive customer relationships for loyal businesses.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in any field with 1-4 years of experience.
- Strategic and creative thinker with the desire and willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
- An intellectual contributor with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful implications to propose differentiated solutions, then communicate those solutions in a simple, fact-based manner.
- Good at solving complex problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative leadership, using influencing skills.
- Excellent project management skills and detail orientation.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task, while flawlessly executing projects in a fast-paced environment.
