Role : Associate Product ManagerKey Responsibilities :- Define specifications for your product area and features- Collaborate with designers and engineers to drive product delivery- Define product instrumentation for your project- Drive the launch of your product/feature and evaluate success- Define, measure and analyze metrics for your product area- Generate qualitative insights from your users and leverage them effectively in decision making- Generate unique quantitative insights from product usage dataMust-have Competencies :- Data - well-versed with SQL, Excel and product analytics tools.- User research - leverage user feedback channels, conduct user interviews and distill signal from the noise- Technical - Foundational understanding of technology powering digital products- Design - Good grasp of basic UI/UX principles, wireframing- Communication - strong in written and spoken communicationWhat traits are we looking for?- Takes complete end-to-end ownership- Infectiously curious- Invested in learning new skills- Customer first thinking- Passionate about technology and its applicationsYou are a good fit if you :- Have about 2 years of core product experience- Have experience in tech, design or analytics (ref:hirist.tech)
