Role Overview

As a Data Scientist at HealthPlix, you'll work on end-to-end data projects — from mining

and model development to production — to empower doctors with intelligent insights that

improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design AI-driven systems to assist doctors with better clinical decisions.
  • Process, clean, and validate large, structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Build and fine-tune ML models for prediction, recommendation, and decision

support.

  • Integrate internal and third-party data sources to enhance analytics.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to deploy models into production.

Must-Have Skills

  • 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Data Science / ML.
  • Strong programming in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch,

TensorFlow).

  • Proven experience in end-to-end ML pipelines (data model deployment).
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, time series forecasting, or NLP.
  • Proficiency in SQL / Postgres / MongoDB.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to LLMs, RAG models, or generative AI frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
