Qualification & Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA in marketing and sales is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B institutional sales
- Prior experience in publication or Ed-tech industry preferred
- Must own a two-wheeler and laptop
- Proven local network and relationships with school principals, management, and educational institutions
- Experience in field sales and conducting school workshops or on-ground activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily school visits to pitch Chetana Education's products and services
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school management and decision-makers
- Monitor self-performance metrics, including sales funnel conversion and lead quality
- Ensure regular follow-ups and closure of leads generated through various activities
- Maintain healthy relationships with channel partners and drive revenue through them
- Represent the company at educational workshops, exhibitions, and school events
- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to management
- Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and reporting standards
Key Result Areas (KRA):
- Number of school visits and effective presentations made per week
- Achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets
- Growth in number of partner schools onboarded
- Timely collection of receivables from institutions
- Strength and quality of school network and relationships
- Number of workshops or school-level promotional events conducted
- Conversion rate from leads to closures
Key Skillsets Required:
- Strong B2B sales acumen with a focus on the education sector
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a go-getter attitude
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with school functioning and institutional sales cycles
- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and manage field responsibilities effectively
