Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SAP Basis and HANA Admin - Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of SAP Basis, HANA Administration, Sybase Administration, and experience with PI/PO and SCM. This role requires extensive client-facing experience, proven team handling skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a 24/7 support :

- Provide expert-level support and administration for SAP Basis and HANA landscapes.

- Manage and maintain Sybase databases ensuring optimal performance and availability.

- Utilize extensive knowledge of the SAP infrastructure domain (BASIS/Infra) to design, implement, and optimize solutions.

- Demonstrate advanced practical skills in BASIS operations focusing on S/4HANA.

- Support and administer SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) and SCM (Supply Chain Management) environments.

- Lead and manage a technical team, ensuring SLA compliance through effective quality management, cost management, delivery management, and communication management.

- Exhibit strong client-facing experience, providing excellent communication and escalation skills for both internal and external cooperation.

- Identify the root causes of system failures and develop comprehensive recovery plans.

- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for problems and implement effective improvement measures.

- Work collaboratively in a 24/7 shift model to provide continuous :

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Basis and HANA Administration.

- Proficiency in Sybase Administration.

- Experience with SAP PI/PO and SCM modules.

- Proven track record of strong client-facing experience and excellent communication skills.

- Demonstrated team handling skills for managing technical support operations.

- Extensive knowledge of the SAP infrastructure domain (BASIS/Infra).

- Excellent communication and escalation skills for internal and external cooperation.

- Ability to identify the causes of system failures and formulate robust recovery plans.

- Advanced practical skills of BASIS operations centering on S/4HANA.

- Strong skills for root cause analysis and implementing improvement measures when problems occur.

- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) support.

- Relevant SAP certifications in Basis, HANA, or specific modules.
