Ventes is a preferred display and performance marketing partner to several leading international publishers in the Indian market on an exclusive basis and works with over 200 advertisers and digital agencies across campaigns to help them reach and engage with their audiences and meet their performance and brand solutions objectives.

Ventes Avenues with its innovative ad units especially created for smartphones coupled with its unconventional approach is creating disruptions in the mobile advertising space in India. Our USP s includes multi-level targeting & a direct control over our inventory.

Responsibilities:

Client Servicing:

  • Act as a point of contact for clients, assisting in understanding their needs and ensuring consistent communication.
  • Support the client servicing team in coordinating with various departments to align on client goals, project timelines, and deliverables.
  • Participate in client meetings, taking notes, and assisting in follow-up tasks and documentation.
  • Testing and integrating new campaigns. Use various CPS tracking platforms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance metrics, ensuring targets are met.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, showcasing campaign insights, KPIs, and growth opportunities.

 

Campaign Delivery:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing performance based campaigns across affiliate channels
  • Onboard new publishers for ongoing and new campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the creative and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor campaigns, and audience preferences to provide insights for campaign improvement.

 

Sales Support:

  • Assist in lead generation activities, including researching prospects, updating databases, and preparing sales materials.
  • Work with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and product/service documentation.
  • Engage with potential clients through email, social media, and other communication channels to nurture leads.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Media, Business & Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
