About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated Ad Sales Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager to join our team. This role focuses on selling digital media ads. Ideally, you have 4-8 years of experience in ad sales and a solid history of handling digital ad campaigns. You should be good at working with clients and agencies, plus have a strong grasp of the digital advertising world.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Boost sales for digital ad space on platforms like websites, mobile apps, social media, & video.
- Seek out new business chances in digital ad sales.
- Meet your sales goals by creating and managing a strong sales pipeline.
Client & Agency Management:
- Build and keep great relationships with advertising agencies & direct clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for all your digital ad sales clients.
- Offer strategic advice to clients, tailoring solutions to fit their needs.
Campaign Management:
- Work closely with clients & our internal teams to make sure ad campaigns are successful.
- Keep track of how campaigns are performing, making changes as needed to hit goals.
- Ensure all ads and creative assets are delivered on time.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital advertising.
- Do market research to find potential clients and learn about competition.
- Analyze market conditions to create smart sales strategies.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work together with marketing, content, & product teams to align sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to senior management.
- Communicate well with clients to really understand what they need and provide great service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or something similar.
- 4-8 years in ad sales, mainly in digital media.
- Proven experience managing digital ad sales & working with agencies is key.
- Good knowledge of digital ad channels like programmatic, display, video, social media, & mobile.
- Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, & communication are important too.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients & agencies is a must
- Be proactive, results-focused, & able to work alone or in a team setting.
