Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, and convert opportunities into successful sales.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and execute effective sales strategies, set and achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall sales plan.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets. Provide regular reports and insights to management.

Customer Support: Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly to ensure a positive and professional experience.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record of success in a sales role, with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Brass Industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional training is a plus.

Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and exceed targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of Brass Industry and specific product is preferred.

Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving and client relationship management.
