Role Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outbound Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth through outbound calls to convert leads into paying customers.

 

Here is what we are looking for:

 

  • Conduct outbound calls to qualified leads and existing customers to promote our products and services.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits, tailoring your approach to individual customer needs.
  • Overcome objections and skillfully navigate sales conversations to close deals.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Accurately record call details and customer information in our CRM system.
  • Participate in sales training programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Able to sell ethically. without the use of unfair means

 

Required Candidate profile

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a successful outbound telesales role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
