Key Responsibilities :

Aruba Network Design & Implementation :

- Design, deploy, and manage Aruba network solutions, including both wired and wireless networks.

- Create scalable and secure network architectures tailored to client requirements.

Configuration & Troubleshooting :

- Configure Aruba hardware such as Access Points, Controllers, and Switches.

- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Performance Optimization :

- Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure high availability and robust security measures.

- Implement best practices for network tuning and optimization.

Integration & Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Aruba solutions into larger IT ecosystems.

- Provide expertise in aligning network solutions with business goals.

Technical Support & Documentation :

- Offer technical support for Aruba network setups and configurations.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for network architectures and configurations.

Qualifications :

Required :

- Minimum 7 years of experience in networking, with hands-on expertise in Aruba products.

- Certifications such as Aruba Certified Solutions Professional (ACSP), Aruba Certified ClearPass Associate (ACCA), or Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACCX) preferred.

- Strong understanding of networking protocols (e., TCP/IP, VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol, etc.)

- Proven experience in network design, deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred :

- Familiarity with Aruba management tools like AirWave or Aruba Central.

- Knowledge of wireless LAN design and deployment, including RF planning and site surveys.

- Experience with integrating Aruba solutions in hybrid or multi-vendor network environments
