Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Hiring Coordinator - Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in coordinating hiring activities, streamlining processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Communication:

  • Act as the point of contact for candidates, providing updates and addressing their queries throughout the hiring process.

Job Posting Management:

  • Assist in creating and publishing job advertisements on various platforms.

Database Management:

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system accurately.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing reports and maintaining documentation.

Feedback Management:

  • Collect and document feedback from interviewers and candidates to improve the hiring process.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of hiring plans.

Market Research:

  • Support market research activities to identify trends and innovative practices in hiring and recruitment.

Compliance:

  • Ensure that all hiring activities adhere to company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Familiarity with hiring or recruitment processes is a plus but not mandatory.
