What You Will Do:

  • Respond to user inquiries, diagnose issues, and provide solutions for hardware, software, and network-related problems as first point of contact.
  • Use ticketing system to document, prioritize, and track issues. Ensure timely resolution and follow-up with users to confirm problem resolution.
  • Work with HR to onboard new employees with new hardware, software, and access and offboard employees on returning equipment, disabling system accesses, etc.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals. Perform regular updates and maintenance tasks via remote control tools and screen sharing.
  • Assist users in understanding and utilizing technology effectively. Provide basic training and create user guides as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate inventory for all IT hardware and software.
  • Monitor systems for performance issues and potential threats. Implement security measures and assist in the management of IT infrastructure.
  • Evaluate, identify, and implement process improvement to internal IT procedures and operations.
  • Work closely with other IT team members and departments to ensure cohesive support and integration of IT services.
  • Work with leadership on developing and maintaining internal IT policies.
  • Assist with security and compliance within the Microsoft Azure platform.
  • Provide local in office IT support to our user base.


What You Will Bring:

  • 3+ years of IT support experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint online.
  • Experience with Endpoint Management (Intune/SCCM) and laptop imaging.
  • Experience supporting internal staff with application installation and configuration.
  • Experience with new user provisioning and access requests.
  • Proficient communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Meets or exceeds deadlines for support incidents or projects.
  • Strong work ethic and can perform duties independently.
  • Automation experience a plus.
