Business Intelligence (BI) Developer – MSBI & Power BILocation: BengaluruExperience: 6-8 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for a passionate and skilled MSBI + Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL Server, SSIS (ETL), and Power BI to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end business intelligence solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS to integrate data from multiple sources. - Create data models, dashboards, and reports in Power BI that deliver actionable insights. - Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuning for large datasets. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting layers. - Support and troubleshoot existing BI solutions and optimize performance where necessary. - Stay updated on the latest BI trends, tools, and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong hands-on experience with MSBI Stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) — primarily SSIS for ETL. - Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuning. - Proven experience in Power BI — data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report development. - Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and star/snowflake schema. - Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and present insights effectively. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Good to Have:- Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics). - Knowledge of Python, R, or other data manipulation tools. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
