As we expand ourLabel Division , we're looking for an experienced and strategicTechnical Sales Headto lead business development and sales growth in this specialized vertical.Role Overview As theTechnical Sales Head – Labels , you will be responsible for spearheading the growth of our label business. You will lead sales strategy, client acquisition, technical consultations, and after-sales support. This is a high-impact leadership role suited for someone with deep technical knowledge of labels (pressure-sensitive, RFID, etc.) and a strong sales track record.Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the sales strategy for the label division. Identify and acquire new clients across industries: FMCG, Pharma, Retail, etc. Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships. Collaborate with production and R&D to offer custom label solutions. Provide technical consultations to clients on substrates, adhesives, finishes, and applications. Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine offerings. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics. Build and lead a technical sales team as the business grows.Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in technical sales in the label or packaging industry. Strong knowledge of label printing technologies: Flexo, Digital, Offset, etc. Proven track record of sales leadership and client acquisition. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions. Network within FMCG, Pharma, Retail, or industrial sectors is a strong advantage.
