About the Role
- As a US Tax Manager, you would be responsible for a variety of tasks related to US tax.
This includes:
- Reviewing Tax Returns: Overseeing and reviewing corporate (Form 1120), partnership (Form 1065), and other business tax returns to ensure they are accurate and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Compliance and Planning: Ensuring all tax filings adhere to the latest tax laws, and helping with tax planning strategies to reduce tax liabilities for clients.
- Research and Updates: Staying current with changes in tax laws, regulations, and case law through detailed tax research.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining organized records of tax filings and related documents, and assisting with tax reports for management and auditors.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in US tax.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or similar certification is preferred.
- Location: The ability to work on-site in Noida.
