This includes:- Reviewing Tax Returns: Overseeing and reviewing corporate (Form 1120), partnership (Form 1065), and other business tax returns to ensure they are accurate and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.- Compliance and Planning: Ensuring all tax filings adhere to the latest tax laws, and helping with tax planning strategies to reduce tax liabilities for clients.- Research and Updates: Staying current with changes in tax laws, regulations, and case law through detailed tax research.- Record Keeping: Maintaining organized records of tax filings and related documents, and assisting with tax reports for management and auditors.Required Qualifications- Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in US tax.- Education: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
