We are looking for an HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. 

 

Responsibilities


  • Recruitment: Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
  • Employee relations: Guiding management on employee relations, and handling complaints and disciplinary procedures
  • Performance management: Assisting with performance evaluations, and implementing employee performance programs
  • Compensation and benefits: Designing pay scales and benefits packages, administering pay.
  • Policies and procedures: Creating and maintaining policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance.
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement
  • Handling Grievances 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 4+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
