Key Role:Workday Integrations Analyst

Lead Workday Integrations configuration, day to day operations and deliver project tasks by leveraging strong integrations technical and analytical skills, excellent documentation discipline and process orientation of a functional analyst. Provide capable subject matter expertise on Workday Integrations build, troubleshooting and monitoring tasks, Partner with Functional Stakeholders, Solutions Architects and Subject Matter Experts as an understudy to the Workday Integrations Lead to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiencies. Configure Workday Integrations solutions to ensure all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated. Coordinate priorities and programs via the Workday Integrations Lead with HCM, Security, Reporting and Data Leads, manage deliverables on time.The Integrations Analyst plays an important role in overall Workday Integrations delivery and maintenance and possesses a deep understanding of the Workday Integration structures and their components along with their implications on the Workday HCM landscapeWork in sync with cross functional / business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps and risks, suggest alternatives, and advise on design / configurationCollaborate with HCM, Reporting and Data teams and with technology and business teams to identify, develop, implement, and maintain Workday IntegrationsBuild Workday Integration solutions that ensure all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigatedConfigure, maintain, and manage development of simple to complex Studio integrationsSupport BIRT report development needs across all Workday functional areas.Under the Workday Integration Lead’s guidance, conduct Integration reviews and audits to ensure complianceServe as subject matter expert and assist peer teams in mitigating risks and providing best practicesReview and manage various integration enhancements and change requestsCreate, document, and maintain proper internal controlsAutomate the monitoring on the integration runs with effective error logging and tracing; effectively look into the payroll emergencies and resolve themActively support continuous improvement of Workday Integration landscape and provide reports to identify improvement opportunitiesBasic Qualifications:2+ years of experience with Workday Advanced Integrations1+ years of experience with HCM systems2+ years of experience working on global Workday Integrations projects1+ years of experience with at least two of the Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Absences, Learning, Talent, and Performance ManagementExperience with direct Business Stakeholder facing engagementsKnowledge of HR processesBachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:Knowledge of touch points with Payroll, General ledger, IT and other People technologiesAbility to work well in structured and unstructured environments, under pressure, and with changing prioritiesPossession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skillsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsWorkday BIRT development experienceWorkday Security experience

Due to the nature of work performed within this team and the fact that BrandSafway is headquartered in the USA with the bulk of its workforce employed in the USA, a high-level working knowledge of U.S. Human Resources practices will be highly preferred.
