Job Title: UI/UX DesignerLocation- Noida, IndiaRole Description We are looking for a talentedUI/UX Designerto join our Product Design team. You will play a key role in designing intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces across RedDoorz’s digital booking platforms, includingmobile apps, website, and mobile web . Working closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers, you will help deliver design solutions that elevate user experience, improve booking conversion, and reflect RedDoorz’s brand identity. Key Responsibilities Design user interface elements forRedDoorz mobile app, website, and mobile webwith consistency and usability in mind. Translate wireframes and UX flows into polished, high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with UX designers to ensure smooth user journeys and logical information architecture. Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and smooth handover of designs. Contribute to and maintainRedDoorz design system and UI component library , ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Support in conducting UI reviews and iterations based on user feedback, data insights, and testing results. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.Requirements Qualifications & Experience 1–3 years of professional experience as aUI Designer(experience in app & web design preferred). Strong portfolio showcasingUI design for mobile apps and/or responsive web in B2C sectors . Proficiency in design tools such asFigma, Sketch, or Adobe XD . Basic understanding of UX principles and how UI impacts the overall user journey. Experience working with design systems and component libraries.Skills & Competencies Solid understanding oftypography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy . Ability to balancebusiness goals, user needs, and technical constraints . Detail-oriented with strongvisual and interaction designskills. Good communication skills to present design concepts clearly. A growth mindset with eagerness tolearn, adapt, and collaborate .
