IT Executive

- Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure of the property, including network connectivity, hardware, software, databases, and other related systems.
- Ensure all systems are secure and operational.
- Respond to IT-related issues and requests.
- Research and develop new systems and technology solutions to improve hotel operations.
- Establish best practices for IT security.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and assistance to guests and staff.
- Participate in continual professional development.
- Provide daily IT support for hotel staff and operations.
- Manage PMS, POS, Back-office, and other hospitality applications.
- Ensure smooth operation of Wi-Fi, CCTV, and telecommunication systems.
- Monitor data backups, system security, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot IT issues promptly to avoid guest service disruptions.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, software, and hardware support.
- Maintain IT asset records and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience in IT management
- In-depth knowledge of various computer systems, applications, and network security
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
