Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Planning: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, including logistics and order fulfillment, to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Financial Management: Manage accounts sales, payable and receivable, maintaining accurate financial records and overseeing timely invoicing and payments.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting processes and financial forecasting, analyzing trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels, operational metrics, and financial performance to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices in inventory management and financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations and inventory management, preferably in the beauty or skincare sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management and accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
