This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex business problems, and is eager to grow into a leadership or strategy role.Key Responsibilities- Partner with the CEO to prioritize, plan, and execute strategic initiatives across functions. - Support business reviews, data-driven analysis, and strategic planning activities. - Oversee and track cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with goals. - Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries for leadership and stakeholders. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and performance. - Facilitate effective communication across departments and manage stakeholder coordination. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.Required Skills- Bachelor’s or MBA degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field. - 1–2 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or strategy. - Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with an execution-focused mindset. - Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
