You’ll work directly with the co-founders and support in operations, admin, scheduling, internal coordination, and general problem-solving. This is a high-trust, high-learning role, perfect for someone who wants to see how real businesses are built from the inside.Key Responsibilities This is not a backseat role. If you’re looking to “just assist”, this isn’t it.Create and clean up documents, reports, decks, checklists, and summaries Manage founders’ calendars, schedules, and task tracking. Maintain records, receipts, and track our compliance. Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams tokeep things moving on time . Handlepurchases, inventory, and office suppliesefficiently. Keep sensitive information private, and everything else ultra-organizedWho We’re Looking For You don’t need to have all the answers, just the mindset to find them. Bachelor's degree (BBA / B.Com preferred, but open to all disciplines) Freshers welcome Quick learner with high follow-through Enjoy organizing, planning, and checking things off Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
