Position Overview:

We seek a motivated and talented Associate Product Manager to join our team at TFG. In this role, you can contribute to developing and enhancing our fantasy sports platform. You will work closely with senior product managers, designers, engineers, and other cross functional teams

to bring new features and improvements to our product. As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of TFG and ensuring that our users have the best possible experience.


Key Responsibilities:

● Manage payment gateways, including PayU, JusPay, PhonePe, and Okto

● Managing clevertap and operations through clevertap.

● Collaborate with senior product folks and stakeholders to define and prioritize features and

improvements.

● Conduct user research to identify gaps in product offerings.

● Work closely with the design team to create wireframes and prototypes.

● Assist in product launch and marketing efforts.

● Handle chargeback transactions and fraudulent user transactions

● Integrate and manage OTP & KYC gateways, including Zoop OKYC, MSG91 SMS, and Mailgun

Gmail OTP

● Prepare and submit GST, TDS, and sales transaction reports to the accounts team.

● Provide user support via Gmail, Freshchat, CleverTap WhatsApp, Telegram, and normal WhatsApp groups.

● Respond to user queries and resolve issues promptly.

● Ensure smooth game operations.

● Assist in managing KYC (Aadhar, Pan, Bank), upcoming match coverage list DFS, match publishing,

contest creation, and contest reporting.

● Manage push notifications, WhatsApp campaigns, home screen banners, in-app banners, and DAU

activity

● Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.


Qualifications:

● 2+Years of experience in core game operation, business operations or product operations.

● Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

● Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

● Passion for sports and online gaming.

● Previous experience in product management is a plus.

● A background in Product Analytics is a plus.
