Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a passionate and driven Client Relationship Manager to join our growing fitness studio team In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in building our membership base by converting new leads into happy and engaged studio members.


Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion:

  • Proactively reach out to new leads generated through various channels (phone calls, email, social media).
  • Build rapport with potential members, understand their fitness goals, and educate them about the studio's offerings.
  • Convert leads into paying members through effective communication and sales techniques.

Client Onboarding and Retention:

  • Welcome new members and guide them through the studio orientation process.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with members, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to encourage member retention and promote ongoing engagement with the studio.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role (fitness industry experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in CRM software, MS Office and social media platforms.
  • Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.
  • Positive, energetic, and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexible schedule available for full-time or half-time positions.
