Job Overview

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join our team at Solaris Hotel Indore. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable and delightful experience during their stay. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar guest relations or front desk roleExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong customer service orientationAbility to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalismProficient in using hotel management software and standard office softwareGood organizational and multitasking skillsFluency in English and Hindi, both written and spokenStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a team and independentlyFlexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanorHandle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth processProvide information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractionsListen to and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely mannerCoordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure guest satisfactionMaintain a high level of knowledge regarding hotel services, promotions, and eventsAssist in organizing and coordinating special events or functionsRespond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-personHandle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsiblyEnsure the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
