Job Description:


Join our team as an e Commerce Supply Chain Manager and become the mastermind behind our digital fulfillment success


If youre a strategic thinker passionate about optimizing e Commerce logistics and ensuring customers receive their online orders seamlessly, this role is for you.


- Here, you'll wield your expertise in supply chain management to orchestrate the entire process from procurement to delivery. You'll collaborate with suppliers, distribution partners, and internal teams to ensure efficient inventory management, minimize costs, and maintain product quality.


- Leverage your skills will shine as you tackle the unique challenges of the digital supply chain, optimizing processes for online success


Roles & responsibilities:


- Oversee and manage merchandise movement, distribution, and storage in our supply chain for a seamless flow.


- Coordinate and control the entire order cycle, including order processing and logistics.


- Conduct routine inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and identify areas for improvement.


- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure optimal product availability.


- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.


- Handle communications and negotiations with external suppliers, vendors, and partners.


- Foster strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination and reliable service.


- Develop effective forecast models based on business trends and demand patterns.


- Continuously monitor forecasts and take proactive measures to ensure accuracy.


- Troubleshoot and resolve concerns related to the supply chain process promptly.


- Resolve problems related to transportation, logistics systems, imports, or customer issues.


- Monitor and report on supply chain performance, identifying areas for enhancement.


- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline supply chain operations.


- Implement cutting-edge technologies and practices to drive continuous improvements.


- Leverage data insights to continuously improve supply chain efficiencies and responsiveness.

Skills & Qualifications:


- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a relevant field.


- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager in the e Commerce sector.


- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Excel for data-driven decision-making.


- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.


- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


- Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.


- Knowledge of forecasting and quantitative techniques to inform decision-making.


- Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex supply chain challenges.


- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.


- Ability to lead and manage staff effectively to achieve supply chain objectives.
