Key Responsibilities- Drive new customer acquisition in the Patna/Bihar enterprise market for CtrlS Connectivity (network, datacenter, cloud & managed services). - Build and manage a strong enterprise account pipeline across BFSI, Government, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and other large industries. - Understand customer IT infrastructure, cloud adoption roadmap, and propose suitable CtrlS solutions. - Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitch, solutioning with pre-sales, commercial negotiation, contract closure. - Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue, and profitability goals. - Develop deep relationships with CXOs, CIOs, IT heads, and decision-makers. - Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Support) to ensure seamless customer experience. - Track market trends, competitor offerings, and provide insights to leadership.Required Skills & Experience- Experience: 5–10 years in enterprise/B2B sales (preferably IT Infra, Datacenter, Connectivity, Cloud, Telecom, or Managed Services). - Proven track record of achieving enterprise sales targets in Uttar Pradesh / North India. - Strong CXO-level connect and ability to open doors with large enterprises. - Good understanding of datacenter, cloud, networking, managed services, and IT infra ecosystem. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with travel across the region.
