About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support, SQL, and Azure fundamentals, with proven experience in managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating across teams. This role requires excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills in a high-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide end-to-end technical support for enterprise applications, ensuring adherence to SLAs.

- Perform incident handling, root cause analysis, and problem resolution in a timely manner.

- Manage ticket triaging, escalation, and reporting while creating metrics and trend analyses.

- Conduct log analysis and troubleshooting across application, infrastructure, and browser layers.

- Support Azure-related activities including app insights, configuration updates, app registration renewals, and secret management.

- Work on Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and related application services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

- Ensure strong documentation and knowledge-sharing practices for recurring issues and solutions.

Must-Have Skills :

- SQL (basic queries and troubleshooting).

- Strong application support experience.

- Azure Cloud Fundamentals (App Services, App Insights, Secret Management, Config Updates).

- Familiarity with ticketing systems (incident, problem, and change management).

- Windows Server, IIS, and browser troubleshooting (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Should-Have Skills :

- Awareness of application architecture (frontend/backend layers).

- Understanding of browser configurations, session/caching issues.

- Security and access management (e.g., Active Directory roles).

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Scripting (PowerShell).

- Awareness of WAF/Firewall issues.

- Advanced SQL query knowledge.
