Job Title: Analytics Senior Analyst - Global Procurement, AVP Location: Jaipur, India Corporate Title: AVP Role Description As Reporting and Insights Manager, you will own dbContractsPro dashboard and analytics reporting utilised by platform users and user groups. You will also focus on regulatory compliance reporting and report on key performance, risk, and control indicators to facilitate various governance forums. This role involves collaborating with the Data Steward to ensure compliant reporting and defining functional requirements concerning regulatory notifications within dbContractsPro. Furthermore, you will generate reports to track business case benefits and support platform users in accessing and interpreting TPC system data for decision-making. Co-ordinate changes to data feeds from TPC with Google Cloud and D&A data team. Focus on regulatory compliance reporting and KPI/KRI/KCI reporting to various governance forums. Collaborate with the Data Steward to ensure compliant and high-quality reporting. Assist data steward and wider D&A team on data quality topics. Generate reports to track business case benefits realisation. Monitor regulatory developments and ensure ongoing TPC compliance through reporting. Present on reports on KPIs, benefits, exceptions, and compliance, supporting decision-making and governance. Support D&A with data standards and ensuring high quality of data around the contracts systems. Your skills and experience We are looking for talents with a Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Sciences from an accredited college or university (or equivalent) to develop analytical solutions for our stakeholders to support strategic decision making. Any professional certification in Advanced Analytics, Data Visualisation and Data Science related domain is a plus. Creative thinker, problem solver driven by intellectual curiosity to understand the challenges and opportunities. A champion of using technology to solve problem and drive outcomes, as well as business acumen to understand content and client outcomes. Excellent communicator and team-player, engaging at every level of the business. A starter and finisher - able to introduce new ideas, engage others and embed changes. Familiarity with complex large organisations, managing suboptimal data or processes and crafting a satisfactory outcome. Knowledge of Statistics and mathematics beneficial. Skills to complete projects on time and to the company's high standards. Data analysis and reporting skills essential. Experience of big datasets welcome. Be a 'starter and a finisher' someone with deep commitment to understanding and being the go to expert for the CLM tool. Experience with dashboard development and data visualisation tools. Tableau, PowerBi, SQL big query. Experience with modern data clouds, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, and varying data schemas. Knowledge of regulatory compliance reporting requirements. Familiarity with Sirion or similar contract lifecycle management software beneficial. Effective communication with senior management up to Vice President level. Ability to influence, through expert knowledge. Ability to translate data into actionable insights. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
