  • Responsible for time, cost, quality and compliance with WHSE of all asset management activities of BLE.
  • Lead the Technical and Commercial Asset Management for Blueleaf Energy across all jurisdictions in Asia.
  • Operate a company-wide asset management system to manage BLE’s fleet of RE plants with real time KPI management, reporting, preventive maintenance planning, corrective action triggering, automated follow up as well as predictive asset management capabilities.
  • Ensure cyber security of BLE power plants and develop security, asset resilience and emergency response plans in alignment with BLE’s IT experts.
  • Lead the Remote Operations Centre (ROC) that tracks operational performance, provides analysis and key inputs for KPI maintenance and improvements.
  • Operate a CMMS system (computerized maintenance management system) to manage and track vendors and work orders.
  • OPEX planning / forecasting (technical and commercial asset management cost) as inputs for projects and country development and financial planning.
  • Report commercial and technical performance of all BLE assets on a weekly and monthly basis to management.
  • Ensure Blueleaf Energy Asset Management portfolio to achieve lowest LCOE and lowest total cost of ownership TCO.
  • Vendor Management for technical and commercial asset management products and services.
  • Lead commercial and technical asset management requirement definition, contracting and commercial and operational implementation.
  • Advise investment, project development, project management and construction teams on asset management aspects and best practices to optimize plant design, construction as well as supplier and product selection and after sales service contracting and warranty assessment and selection.
  • Manage guarantees and warranties and manage enforcement of guarantees and warranties during defect liability and guarantee or warranty periods and all plants complete operational phase.
  • Lead asset management components in due diligence processes and during project development.
  • Participate or lead Due Diligence activities.
  • Responsible to identify and contract O&M service providers and to develop and finalize O&M contracts and recommend make or buy decisions.
  • Technical support for EPC scope of work, design, construction and EPC contracts and contract schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with local HSE and work qualification regulations and procedures, as well as BLE WHSE policies and standards.
  • Regularly review and optimize best practices, digitization, standard operating procedures, new work instructions and modifications.
  • Establish monthly asset management reporting and analysis to COO & CFO



Skills & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science or equivalent.
  • Established a minimum 10 years of work experience in Operations & Maintenance and After Sales is essential, preferably in Solar Industry. Combination of Wind and Solar will be an added advantage.
  • Work experience and product knowledge in Wind Industry is advantageous.
  • Hands-on, analytical, experienced in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Leadership skills and role model in coaching, influencing and motivating teams.
  • High customer orientation and ability to engage and influence clients positively.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, especially in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Highly disciplined and sets high standards for themselves and others.
  • Proficient in MS-Office, especially MS Excel and Power Point.
  • Proficiency in English, with another Asian languages is highly valued but not essential.
  • Willing and able to travel within Asia Pacific
