Skills & Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science or equivalent.Established a minimum 10 years of work experience in Operations & Maintenance and After Sales is essential, preferably in Solar Industry. Combination of Wind and Solar will be an added advantage.Work experience and product knowledge in Wind Industry is advantageous.Hands-on, analytical, experienced in troubleshooting and problem resolution.Leadership skills and role model in coaching, influencing and motivating teams.High customer orientation and ability to engage and influence clients positively.Strong communicator and collaborator, especially in a multi-cultural environment.Highly disciplined and sets high standards for themselves and others.Proficient in MS-Office, especially MS Excel and Power Point.Proficiency in English, with another Asian languages is highly valued but not essential.Willing and able to travel within Asia Pacific
