About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, designing customer journeys, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The candidate must possess a strong background in Fintech/Bank/NBFC with expertise in lending products. This is a cross-functional role that requires collaboration with various departments to capture clear requirements and drive product enhancements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for keeping stakeholders updated and conducting market research to identify new opportunities for product improvement.


Responsibilities:

  1. Ownership of Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmaps for digital sourcing of Personal Loan ensuring alignment with company objectives, customer needs and regulatory requirements
  2. Design Customer Journey: Design/Optimize seamless and intuitive customer journeys basis customer VOC and product metrics to enhance customer experience
  3. Expertise in Lending: Utilize in-depth knowledge of personal loan products to drive product innovation and development. Have understanding of lending process and internal and external integrations required for delivering the journeys
  4. Experience: Possess a 6-8 years of experience in B2C set up in Fintech/Bank/NBFC, with a proven track record of delivering successful lending products.
  5. Knowledge of products/frameworks like Account Aggregator, BBPS, UPI, Payment Gateway etc.
  6. Stakeholder Communication: Keep all stakeholders(+Senior Management) informed about product updates, milestones, and changes throughout the product lifecycle.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including but not limited to, engineering, marketing, growth, and sales, to gather requirements and prioritize product features.
  8. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure that products comply with all applicable regulations.
  9. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for product enhancements, and translate findings into actionable insights.

Qualifications:.

  • 6-8 years of experience in product management within the banking or fintech industry in lending. Candidates with >=5 years’ experience post MBA preferred
