We are looking for 3+ years experienced Inside Sales Coordinator ResponsibilitiesImplementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategiesBuilding and maintaining long-term customer relationsPreparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reportsAddressing any customer queries and complaints through phone/visitMaintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the databaseTaking up any urgent requests or queries in a timely mannerProviding Quotation to the partners & Maintaining their DatabaseManaging Service Related issues/Closure with support from concerned service teamMonitoring Client Accounts to ensure accuracy and Timelines of Projects.Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.Arrange meetings with potential customers for new businessResponsible for driving productivity for Enterprise Archival, Mailing and Communication.Providing after sales service support and coordination with the operation team for Improving customer satisfactionDevelop positive working relationship with associates / consultants and partners to build Business Timely submission of MIS and all sales reports as required by HOD
