Job Description

Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for an experienced marketing specialist who is ready to drive website content operational tasks and content projects.

The person will be based in Oragadam Chennai.

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for building, maintaining, and managing web page content (i. text, photo, video, etc.) for all Danfoss Climate Solutions Global and Regional websites.

- Part of a dynamic digital global support team with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide great coordination and communication skills are a key requirement for this position.

- A key focus as a digital marketing specialist is knowledge about and willingness to investigate optimal ways of working with website content across different CMS systems (Umbraco and Content stack) with key focus on optimized user journeys.

- You are a master juggler, able to quickly take ownership of tasks, projects, and areas of responsibility and execute them with excellence.

- You have solid experience and understanding of website CMS systems and enjoy working in a dynamic team with various stakeholders.

- You will deliver fast and high-quality support to global and regional marketing communication teams and look for ways to optimize processes across the teams.

- You can navigate in a matrix organization and are strong in stakeholder management and communication.

Background & Skills

- Bachelor/Masters degree in computer science.

- 1-3 years of working experience in building websites in CMS with innovative UI and UX practices (Umbraco and Content Stack experience an advantage).

- Strong stakeholder management skills, proactivity and self-driven.

- Strong communication skills written and spoken.

- Experienced with Google Analytics and SEO practices.

- Innovative vision and design thinking approach.

- Structured and organized in the way of working.

- Willing to work with various time zones.

- Team player who can foster positive working relationships across the business and our virtual team.
