The role also involves providing leadership training, managing benefits, and ensuring procedures align with organizational goals.Qualifications- Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning strategies - Strong skills in performance management, employee relations, and team development - Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and policy formulation - Experience in employee training, engagement initiatives, and benefits administration - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment - Leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage HR operations - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is an advantage) - Prior experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or automation industries
