Position Overview:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.

Candidate Experience:

Onboarding and Integration:
New Hire Onboarding:
- Design and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Prepare onboarding materials, facilitate orientation sessions, and introduce new hires to the company’s culture, policies, and team members.
- Monitor new employees’ integration into the organization, addressing any issues during their initial period.
Training & Development:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs for new employees.
- Assist in organizing and delivering training programs, ensuring employees are equipped to succeed in their roles.
HR Policies & Strategies:
HR Policy Development:
- Work closely with the HR leadership team to design, update, and implement HR policies that align with business goals and promote a positive work environment.
- Conduct research on industry best practices to ensure policies are competitive and compliant with labor laws and regulations.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Help develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in creating retention strategies that focus on employee satisfaction, career development, and growth within the organization.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key HR metrics, including time-to-hire, employee retention, and engagement levels, to evaluate the effectiveness of HR strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve HR practices and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment best practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
